Helping Reach Defence Sweet Spot

I am lvl 50 Immortal Jugg wearing nearly full Rakata just missing my Head, Main Hand , Implants and Ear Piece. And from the picture I have linked I have no idea on how to improve my defensive stats to reach the "sweet spots" that I keep reading about.

So if people could help to push me in the right direction that would be great.

 

Stats are

 

Health : 20180 (Unbuffed)

Armour : 7607

Damage Reduction : 47.33%

Defence Chance : 22.13%

Shield Chance : 29.71%

Shield Absorption : 36.39%
