-kobie-
Last night, I started running into an issue where my cutscenes went silent. Either the cutscene would have partial dialogue or none at all. Obviously this isn't working as intended. Anyone else running into this issue, and has Bioware addressed it?
Kryptoniic
I had that same issue. Was fixed when I restarted the client and hasnt happened since.
Docsis
this happened in the beta testing on the test server as well. The warzones were also silent as well at times. Sometimes, the sound effect from Huttball would continue on even after leaving the warzone... restarting the game was the only way to stop the "stuck in a loop" sound. I seems they didn't fix this bug very well. Come on BIO, you can do better than this.
-kobie-
I had that same issue. Was fixed when I restarted the client and hasnt happened since. Ah, OK. I did a soft log but didn't do a hard log and restart the client. I'll try that as a workaround if it happens again.
Jonbeast
thats happened to me a couple times the subtitles would come up but i would not hear the people talking
Lyriel
It's happened to me as well. And if I Escape out of a convo and restart it, different bits might be missing the next time. Also occasionally I'd see my Companion's remarks in the chat window but not hear them say anything. It's a pity, since the voice acting is one of the things I like best about this game. Hope they fix it soon.
Jonbeast
i agree biowares voice acting has always impressed me every time they have full voice acting the people sound exactly or pretty close to how i imagined they would. The voice acting and the actually having story line is what puts this MMO way better than the others in my opnion
