how to get 3 medals per match?

so we got into a match it's 50% past the start our team is losing and we have less players because of quitters.

 

I'm personally playing dps (hybrid) sorcerer. how can I get the 3 medals for any commendations valor?

 

if you have tips for other classes I woul like to know as well.

 

Heard from a powertech that his guard ability grants him 3 medals without doing anything.

Static Barrier counts as healing, so use that. 2500 healing medal

 

Recklessness --->Lightning strike, 2500 damage medal

 

Find someone low health ... Shock (for a killing blow)
