Master/apprentice

I feel like many Jedi/Sith players feel like the Sents/mara where Underpowered before 1.2. Some say that the Sorcs/Sages were OP. Have anyone of you thought of mabye grouping up together? Just wondering how many players out there use a Master/apprentice Specc. Just seems like alot of players were complaining about Sents/mara werent good, well maybe its becuz theyre the class that needs a Master to protect them the most. Honestly, a Sage/Sentiniel seems to be an awesome combo. Even a Guardian/Shadow seems pretty sweet(which is what im playing with a friend). Just cuase your on a PvP server doesnt mean a little RP will kill you....might even keep you alive.

 

IMO the skill trees just seems like they are geared to having another Jedi next to you at all times and im thinking that if some of you QQs would have a better feel and exp with your class if you had someone to Guard or protect you like a Master or Apprentice.

i agree. IMO i witnessed alot of Sents/Mara jumping into combat off the bat. That tells me there were a lot of players playing the class wrong. If you werent playing like you were a Shadow...ie waiting for someone to isolate themselves before attacking, you werent playing Sent/Mara correctly. I just think that if players use a Master/apprentice role they'd begin to understand the class better. A sage/snet or what imo is scarier than that is a Mara/*** two classes that thrive on one on one battles gaining up on a player then disappearing right after....

 

Again, If players used a little bit more Rp in there game i think the there wouldn't be as much QQ in the game. But i do understand that most PvPers are about soloing strat then team strats. Still would like to know how many do use a "Master/apprentice" spec in PvP
