Please fix the "Stay Frosty" bug

The "Stay Frosty" bug has been around at least since December, it's been reported and griped about a lot (one of many 'Stay Frosty' gripe threads).

Please, please, please fix this bug.

(For non-Trooper readers: "Stay Frosty" is an early bonus class mission for Troopers. You fail if you stumble over force field trip wires too often. If you fail the bonus but complete the main quest, there is no way to finish the bonus quest, and no way to abandon it.)

I have a guildmate with this issue as well.

On the other hand, I have a similar issue with the bonus mission Liquidate the Laboratory from the ending mission on Taris for the Trooper. I can't gain access to the instanced area where the bonus mission takes place and it's also not abandonable. I'd like to see that fixed as well.

You went over one of the trip wires during that mission? I found them easy to avoid, just be careful where you walk.

NOW you tell me. :D

Not saying that this was good play, but now I just want the thing out of my mission log and there is no way to make that happen.

I thought it was an awesome mission with a really cool bonus mission. I actually think those little non sequiturs in the Trooper story like the bomb defusing and the Port Raga are the best in the game. Troopers ftw

However, like OP, I just want it out of my mission log. It's quite annoying, in my opinion.

Yeah sounds like it needs fixing.

Ugh.... Either I could not SEE the trip wires. which is kinda the point of them, or they would NOT deactivate when I clicked the terminals. Stupid mission... Oh yeah, and THANK YOU M1-4X for failing that mission for me. Idiot droid. I think I would have been better with a mop bucket and a dead raccoon... Not only did he step on the wires, but he also got stuck going through the doorways... only showing up to help me when I was at 20% and then proceeding to almost die in two hits from probe droids.

My favorite part was when he just kept going in circles. Then he died. We were out of combat. No DOTs on him... He just walked in a circle like a dog about to lay down... then died. Am I really THAT bad of a person that a droid has to feel he needs to commit suicide to get away from me?

Forex loved running through the fire, but it didn't fail the mission for me. It didn't register as me getting burnt. He did get stuck on the wall, though

when I went to fight the last member of Shadowfist.
