Speont Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 i hate that i am playing sith assassin and i have only one female companion, and she is not very cute and i think it would be great if we could choose companions we want, max 5 logically, we need a CHOICE of our companions!

livnthedream Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 except they did give us choice during beta, and beta testers made terrible choices, then turned around and whined at bioware for it. its the same reason why we cant kill companions any longer.
Speont Posted April 7, 2012 Author Posted April 7, 2012 i understand it but bioware dont have to pay attention to players who blame them for freedom and i don't want to be punished because of such players and i am sure, if we could have a choice, someone will write guides like "What companions suits your class"; during beta, it was too short time, to write any guides
Gokkus Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Since you meet your companions during class quests it would be a horror to implement. Id rather have they give us the choice which planet to go to than the companions. Plus, it would be weird for some companions to follow every class. I am in favor of freedom, but the companions are fine the way they are. Ok, except maybe the time at which you get some of them...if you get 3 new ones between 40 and 50 you really arent going to use them all and dont get enough time to play them all anyway.

Horrible idea their like family you don't get to chose them you just get them, and i think she is great but boys don't remember the family thing when your trying to romance her
HeavensAgent Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Your companions define your story in many ways. Without the roles they play in your storyline, the entire thing would need to be rewritten. This is yet another "shut down the servers and start over" suggestion, really.

Allyhoo Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 I think IF they ever give us the option to add another class' companion to our crew, it could possibly be done as a legacy reward for characters at Level 50. However, I still think it would be difficult once they start adding new class storyline missions (i.e. Chapter 4) in future content patches/expansions. They may be able to pull it off if they exclude these "legacy companions" from your personal class storylines, since those are the only missions your companions actually seem to comment on.

Yes, I know she's pixels, and she's still technically a kid at 20. But she's actually pretty cool once you get to know her and if you pursue the romance aspect. Her humming the Imperial March after gettin' jiggy wit it is priceless.

As Sith Inquisitor you should have the oportunity to choose Kira or even better Elara as your companion! It would completly ruin their storyline and it would make no sense also BUT U R A SITH LORD, if u want to have a cute Jedi Padawan or a Soldier of the Republic you should be able to have them! I think they should also give us the Oportunity to sell our ship for a Harem were we can enjoy our cute TwiLek slaves, Rattataki Mercenarys and Jedi Padawans. and i think it would be great if we could choose companions we want, max 5 logically, we need a CHOICE of our companions! Thinking doesent seem to be your strenght.

But also remember that the female Inquisitor's delivery of her lines is just about as close to perfect as you can get. She has a dry ice delivery that is spot on snarky perfection! Plus, you totally get to bed a pirate! i dont understand why you are all such afraid to have freedom of choosing companions lol EA offers another game for players like you who are interested in banging hot pixel babes. It is called The Sims. Check it out! You can customize your hot pixel babes to your heart's content. It is also important to recognize that the game is four months old and Bioware is undoubtedly planning for future expansions to continue the game they've spent so long building and banking on. In future expansions, it is possible that you will meet new companions unique to your story that might be "cuter" to you. Or, you know, you could try a Sith Warrior.
