Dear Bioware,

It has come to my attention that a large group of gamers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the apparent lack of hoods for Twi'leks. I also must admit that this is a source of minor irritance, and could affect potential customer satisfaction. Therefore I suggest restoring the hoods, either in the same way that it was in Beta [give an option to turn the hood off - this in fact would be a good idea for all races, not just the Twi'lek] or make the lekku fall on the chest when the hood is up [alternatively you could erase the lekku entirely while the hood is up, although this would reduce the Twi'lek feeling].

Other than that I would also like to point out that some players are having major latency issues. I myself have tried to read the ticket on that subject, but it failed to open [high latency presumably?]. This of course might not be an issue on your side, but since there are quite a few players experiencing this issue it might be something with the servers. Any intervention would be well seen

Another issue is the Flashpoint system. Maybe it would be better to start a "team finder"? As in that a person that would be willing for a specific Flashpoint would be flagged in a specific group [DPS, Healer or Tank] and the game would find a team for him automatically. You could also give the option to start with a smaller team, there with retaining freedom of choice.

Also it would be nice if there were more content for lvl 50 players. As it is, when you hit lvl 50 you can PvP and that's pretty much it. Similarly to this the side quests for each planet are awfully redundant, and after playing with a few characters can get boring, hence lessening the pleasure of the game. Maybe you could do species specific quests? This does not have to be on each planet, but a few would be nice. If there were such quests a gamer would have far more options to hit lvl 50, because aside from class you'd have species-specific quests.

However, with all these minor problems I admit the game is generally well thought out. I like the way the story line is build - it is grasping and fun to play. I really like the graphics [though the latency problem hits hard when using the highest possible], and enjoy the community. I can't wait to see what the Legacy system will bring in patch 1.2, and I am looking forward to more positive changes.

I am having an issue with latency spikes, they are consistent when I usually play during low-traffic times, when I get on weekend evenings it makes my mission and pvp encounters significantly inefficient as I warp around the screen and sit stuck waiting for abilities to register as used during the latency drops.

I also agree that setting up a tool that serves as a lobby for team formation and allowing other modes which focus on 2 or 3 player along with companions all in one party would greatly enhance things for those who aren't enjoying or perhaps already got all the enjoyment they could out of the highly polished pvp experience
