Killed last boss in Foundry-HM, got codex-entry

For the sake of not spoilering I won't name him.

As most of you know he bubbles himself at around 14k health and then explodes in a light ball.

We went through this HM around fifty times now, this never happened, also we received a codex-entry yesterday.
