Sytemverbesserung durch SSD?

OCZ sollen in der regel sehr viel langsamer sein als ihre angaben versprechen. Leider gibt es sehr viele Hersteller von SSDs, die angaben machen zu theoretisch möglichen lese-und schreibgeschwindigkeiten, was ihre platten aber bei weitem nicht erreichen. Gute hersteller sind hier Samsung, Machxtreme, Kingston, Crucial. Firmen wie OCZ und Plextor liegen weit drunter. ich selber nutze eine ssd von "machxtreme" und bin sehr begeistert vom speed.

 

Das würde ich so nicht behaupten - OCZ hatte zu Beginn (is schon eine Zeit her) Probleme was die Firmware betrifft, hatte selber eine Agility 2 und die ging 2 mal an den Absender zurück.

 

Mittlerweile gibts aber mit den Platten keine Probleme mehr (Update schadet nie) und die Geschwindigkeiten werden auch erreicht, also ganz so dramatisch ist es nicht, wie du es schilderst. Die Corsair zb erreicht exakt die Herstellerangaben.. was will man mehr.

 

Und ich rede hier von dem AHCI Modus *g*

Moin Moin, so jetzt hab ich mal meine komplette Hardware hier eingestellt. Was für einen Sata Anschluss ich habe kann ich aber nicht feststellen. Für mich ist das alles böhmische Dörfer. :confused:

Dazwischen war jede Menge Binär Code, den ich löschen musste weil es zuviel Zeichen waren.

Vielleicht wird ja jemand von euch daraus schlau.

Hallo,

 

falls ich das richtig sehe hat das Board 2xSata 300 Anschlüsse, davon sind beide belegt:

 

- Festplatte

- Laufwerk

 

Auwahlmöglichkeiten:

 

- SATA Controller nachrüsten

oder

- Eine von den obigen Hardwarekomponenten durch die SSD ersetzen

 

Was bei dem Gerät noch hinzu kommt, ist der Platz.. wird bisl eng.. man kann zwar die SSD auch "reinlegen" jedoch auf Dauer auch nicht gerade das gelbe vom Ei *hmhm*

 

Was ich aber jetzt nicht herauslese bzw sehen kann, wieviel Stromanschlüsse hier noch frei sind?

eventuell wäre es günstig nen neues mainboard mit sataIII anschlüssen zu kaufen. jedoch hast du einen i5 prozessor mit sockel 1156. das heisst die zugehörigen boards laufen alle mit serie-5 chipsätzen. diese sind leider schon fast auslaufmodelle und unterstützen von hause aus kein sataIII.

bei einer neuinvestition würde ich ein sockel 1155 board mit z68 chipsatz und intel i5-2500k prozessor empfehlen.

je nachdem wie du es nutzen willst, kannst du dann die ssd am sataIII-port anschliessen. da die neuen boards alle auch sataII ports haben, kannst du dort hdds und laufwerke anschliessen.

 

ausserdem sind mir bei dir noch folgende engpässe aufgefallen:

 

Grafikkarte NVIDIA GeForce GT 320

die ist relativ schwach auf der brust für swtor. eine nvidia geforce gt 550 oder 560 ti sollte hier ausreichend sein.

 

der nächste flaschenhals sind deine 2x 2GB Arbeitsspeicher mit 666Mhz taktfrequenz.

 

hier kannst du für 40 euro 2x4GB mit doppelter taktfrequenz kaufen.

Das musst du mir jetzt erklären - bei dem PC sind DDR3 1333 Riegel verbaut - den Wert von Cpu-z musst du mal 2 rechnen (Double Data Rate).

 

Wenn es rein ums aufrüsten geht, muss vorher das Gehäuse gewechselt werden, der Acer X3950 steht für "Mini". :)
