Dual Weild Mastery any good?

As the topic name suggest, i would like to no if the skill dual wield mastery is any good and what all abilities does it affect.

I find that it's a fairly noticeable increase in my damage. It effects any ability that does weapon damage with both light sabers. So strike, slash, merciless slash, blade rush, precision strike, zealous leap, master strike, etc.

 

If you're going to be putting any points at all into Combat, the first tier should be filled up for Dual Wield Mastery and Defensive Forms.

 

I am by no means an expert Sentinel (yet), so take that for what it's worth.
