Would make tanks and DPS Vanguards more effective at what they do without giving an unfair advantage. 1.) Move Shock Absorbers, Kolto Recharge, Power Armor from Tactics and Parallactic Combat Stims, Night Vision Scope, Degauss, and Reflexive Shield from Assault Specialist to Shield Specialist tree. 2.) Move Static Surge, Defensive Measures, Neural Overload, Steely Resolve, Static Field, Intimidation, and Brutal Impact from Shield Specialist to other trees as appropriate. This would again allow tanks to be more effective at what they do as well as give DPS speced Vanguards more punch.
