Family Tree needs a change.

A name change in particular, because it just defies all logic to me that somehow my Twi'lek, Zabrak, Mirialan, Chiss, Human and Sith Pureblood are somehow all related.

Why not just call it a Legacy Tree or something and drop the pretence that they are somehow related when they've never ever been as much as in the same room together.

And allow different surnames for different characters while we're at it.

Well do pardon me for not having the luxury of watching Livestream all day. I just figured that with the insult to our intelligence that is incoming Sith Pureblood Jedi I figured I'd bring up the root of the problem again, and thus, the original insult to our intelligence.

So, from the summit, you can set:

Parents, siblings, adopted kids, grandchildren, allies, enemeies, cousins and a whole bunch more.

Not all your characters have to be related. In fact, some of them can be outside the tree and your enemy.

Relationship tree, happy?

And marriage/adoption....

'Course, reading ahead, when I first started my characters I planned on how they were related to each other, so I guess I designed my characters as "legacy ready".

(edit: and the reason I did that was because even back in december, it was known that legacy would have some sort of family tree connection)

'Course, apparently my JK is into polygamy, as he's going to be married to one of my other characters as well as to Kira... ah well, whatever.

I just figured that with the insult to our intelligence that is incoming Sith Pureblood Jedi.

How is that a insult? is the Sith pureblood that jedi knight's get as a companion a insult?

Lets just get rid of that companion, its totally not something a sith would ever do, i mean defect and go over to the republic? PSHAW!

To be fair, I don't believe that companion is a Jedi. His interests just align.

That being said, one of the bosses in the JK storyline is a pureblood who you can, through the dialog, convert to being a jedi. (and from a later e-mail, it seems to be going well). And I thought the one guys former padawan you're supposed to be rescuing later on was a converted pureblood, but after meeting him he didn't much look like it, so maybe he just said his master said he was sith, and I just assumed pureblood?)

You literally only read the title. Awesome.

You know it's impossible to quote the thread title, right? I quoted the title manually because brevity is the soul of wit.

Wait, I'll make it more clear through clever use of pale turquoise

It's funnier if I add a punchline to a summary instead of a paragraph

if you watched the summit this was already described in how it actually functions. plus calling it a "family" tree everyone already understands and knows what that is, where as calling it a legacy tree people would ask "what is that"

Yes, everyone knows what a family tree is.

That's the problem. If it's not a family tree, don't call it one.
