DarklordWicket Posted March 5, 2012 Share Posted March 5, 2012 If you have the mobile authenticator on your smart phone, and are having issues with the game or website not taking your 8 digit code this should help. At the bottom of the authenticator app (below the Security Key button) there's 3 options you can press: Security Key, Settings, and Information. If you select the settings option, you then go to synchronize time and select automatic. For some reason if the time on the authenticator app doesn't match something in the system the key will not be accepted. Leaving it on automatic is probably the safest thing you can do, even if the time listed doesn't match your current time/date. I hope this helps! May the force be with you all!
