Swiftarts Posted March 4, 2012 Share Posted March 4, 2012 I'm currently running the 23/1/17 build. I've been toying with the idea of going to the Fortitude Stim over the Resolve Stim. It seems as if there's a very minor difference between the two. The only problem being that the Fortitude Stim's Defense bonus is not as good in pvp, as defense does not mitigate force/tech attacks.
