1) everytime a marauder is knocked back or yanked it lowers the cooldown on force charge

2) ranged dps classes get a min range for 99% of thier attack abilities,just like marauders have a max range of 5 meters for 99% of thier attacks ranged abilities should have a min range of 6 meters.

its easy enough to win 1v1s as a marauder, if our opponent couldnt attack us while we attacked them it would be stupid easy, bordering on gamebreakingly OP

 

p.s. try to stab something 5 yards away with a sword ... yea, doesnt work, now try to shoot something 1 yard away with a gun ... works just fine
