Technically that means that, at least if the EU is to be believed, Han Solo is one of the few non-force users that is considered irreplaceable by the force. The problem was that Obi-wan would flip his lid whenever Anakin made a mistake. If you look at the prequels whenever Anakin does somethin wrong, Obi-wan gives him a condenscending look, rolls his eyes, then makes some lame comment about how Anakin took to long to choose a speeder. Qui-gon would have been more laid-back, not to mention that he did have more respect from Anakin then Obi-wan ever did.
