PvP as melee dps

So I don't understand. Are you saying that when you chase melee tanks, they are always faster than you somehow, but when you go through pipes that shrink you, you tell them to go back in and wait for them to pass you by instead of attacking them, then going back out the pipe you haven't returned to regular size but the tanks have?

 

Do you play PVP on acid?

lmao it was just a joke that with all the cc in this game you spend 90% of your time chasing after people... why so serious? and literal....

Because its a bad joke, which is terribly difficult for melees with a brain to understand.

 

Compared to ice mages of WoW, there is no ranged in this game which can ever escape a competent melee... with the general exception of high-low terrain inhibition such as Huttball.

 

If someone's having problems with catching ranged runners, that person needs to rethink his tactics or attack sequence some more... instead of just stupidly Force Leap/Charging into anything he sees.

I dont have any problems keeping ranged close, i do have allot of problems with huttball, i cannot ever get on top of the dps at all!! So i only focus on grabbing the ball and finishing the game ASAP and hope for one of the other 2 more open terrain WZ.

On my assassin, once I get in close, they never leave alive. I don't care what ranged class I happen to be killing.

Grats you are on a server where everyone hasn't rerolled to sorc/sage hybrid spec that roots you on knockback even when you have full resolve...

 

This game is pointless as melee atm unless you a tank guarding a healer sorc/sage (all other healers suck).

 

When the hybrid spec sage/sorc (that shouldn't even be in the game as all other hybrid specs were nerfed) is done away with and they lose root on knocback? This game might be fun.

 

ATM all that matters is how many hybrid specced sorc/sage are on your team. They don't have to be good, they don't even have to target melee to lock them down.

 

I can't wait till dual spec comes out so I can be the most OP healer AND warzone dps with one AC...
