Unertl
Alienware gaming laptops have been here since forever, so way to crawl off from under a rock. Being able to support a game, doesn't make a pleasurable game experience - a 24 inch screen and a proper keyboard does, at least for me. Not having to pay a fortune for a decent rig is just a plus. I am not even going to mention the 5.5kg in your bag for just the bare laptop (no accessories: e.g. mouse, dongle, etc.)... oh wait, I just did. Mattdoommaster
What the heck are you going to do with a $100 Alienware gift card? Edited February 26, 2012 by Mattdoommaster
Tiam
Alienware is overpriced junk imo. Buy an Asus or Sager.

The original Alienware died a long time ago, and are crap since Dell purchased them. They are nothing more than a visually enhanced version of their standard product. They no longer use binned components like the original Alienware did. For those that aren't aware binning is basically the process of taking the absolute best of the best out of a batch of manufactured product. Since there are always differences in products in a batch due to manufacturing limitations and other variables. Falcon NW is one of the last truly custom high end manufacturers out there, in terms of computers they are the Ferrari of the industry. If I ever decided to purchase a laptop for gaming Falcon NW would be the way to go. Edited February 26, 2012 by PostalTwinkie
