Yescek
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, if you get an email from swtor@swtor.com asking you to validate your login, please for the love of god ignore it. Probably preaching to the choir here; still wanted to make sure the word gets out. http://account.swtor.com/user/login.html?destination=home is the link to the REAL login page, however, the email asks you to log into one with a slight variation. If you look, should you decide not to heed the warning and visit the site, the URL will have snlogin.com sneakily inserted right after account.swtor.com which is a dead giveaway. Please be smart everyone. If you're in doubt, circumvent the email and do NOT use the provided link. Again, just putting this out there for awareness. Sejia
Hello, If you are the recipient of a phishing email, please be advised that we are asking all such suspect emails to be forwarded to support@swtor.com for investigation. We are going to go ahead and close this thread, but we do appreciate your vigilance! Thank you. As a reminder: Emails sent to you from Star Wars: The Old Republic are sent from the mail domain @email.swtor.com, and this domain should be the only one you see in the sender and reply-to headers in an email that is genuinely from us. Please also be aware that we will never request your password details or the answers to your Security questions via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Star Wars: The Old Republic that asks you to provide this kind of information (either by replying to the mail or by clicking on a link inside it), please do not reply to the mail and do not follow any hyperlinks in the message.
