[Bug] Wrong display of umlauts as "?" in ingame tickets and supports' mails

Hey there,

 

whenever I receive an e-mail or view an ingame ticket, any (German) umlaut gets displayed as "?".

Since I talked to the German support hotline a couple of minutes ago, I do know that they're having the exact same problem.

 

This should be fixed as soon as possible, as it's simply a matter of encoding from my point of view as a software developer.
