In the game it says, "Reducing activation time of Dark Infusion by 0.3 seconds" per point. Using both points would then bring it to 0.6 seconds. In reality this is nothing as far as time goes. If you are going healer, it is, 100% sure. If you are DPS, I suppose its less critical. Its still an increase to your healing output, useful for solo PVE. If he isnt speccing healer and was just wondering if he should branch there with his DPS, he shouldn't find himself healing under pressure tough.
