The build I used while leveling was very similar to the 13/28 lightning madness hybrid that I have read about on these forums. I have also read that the 3/31/7 spec is a good dps spec. I am wondering which I should pick, is the hybrid viable in a high lvl flashpoint/raid situation? I have heard it is excellent in pvp but I dont want to be gimped in pve. Thanks! I go 0/17/24 (up to lightning effusion), it's still mathematically very very close to the "optimal" 13/28 build, but with more utility (20 second force speed means it's up every time I need to move in a fight) & I never run out of force.
