You should totally pay them in Iraqi Dinars. That way when they finally get their paycheck, they can go through the hassle of finding an exchange that even accepts the dinars. So instead of having anything to show for their work, they'll have to go through another amazing adventure to try to exchange their paycheck for something they can use!!!
