HOUSEoPAIN
Hey guys, are there any special things I should be doing with Khem Val as a Sith Sorcerer? I keep upgrading him, but I haven't really been hands on with his skills - please let me know.
Axvil
Other then ensuring his tank stance is on (shadow killer?), I pretty much leave him on autopilot.
xZarquon
Only other thing I can think of is if you're running Heroics or anything which requires CC, take off his AoE attack. It's great for generating threat, but will break any cc you or your party members are throwing out
Axvil
Really? Right now, I rarely use CC, but when I do, I noticed Kham, and other companions as well, just pacing back and forth around the CCed mob. They do not attack till I do.. However, I have not paid particular attention to their AoE skills, so maybe they're not quite as smart about that..

They don't attack a CCed mob unless you attack or you manually trigger one of their skills
BrotardNosef
They won't attack a CC'd mob directly, but if the guy you CC'd is next to another enemy, they will use their AoEs on the other enemy and indirectly cause dmg to the CC'd guy, thus ending the CC. Xneco
Yeah, they will break CC on near by mobs with their AE attacks... something to be conscious of if your trying to solo a tougher pull...

If you have a bomb in your hand and hurl it at 10 people, you can't tell it not to hurt the guy you shot with a sleep dart, lest you wake him. uziforyou
I noticed this too. They don't attack a CCed mob unless you attack or you manually trigger one of their skills Well, no. Khem won't attack a CC'd mob but he will attack an adjacent un-CC'd mob and use one of his AOE's if it's on autocast and that will break the CC if that mob is within range. He's done this multiple times when I've forgotten to take those AOE's of autocast.
VulcanLogic
Change his "charge" bind from ctrl+9 to something a little easier to reach. You should be using that ability each pack of mobs so he grabs all the aggro.
