Willing to buy for 200-300k on the Fatman server. Have been trying to farm it from both Foundry and from Hoth heroic with no success. So if you have it, come across it, w/e, and want to make some cash just pm Mathieus.

Just keep checking GTN periodically, I was able to score 2 for 7650 and 10k credits.

After 4 days straight at hoth heroics and foundry grinds, I finally found somebody who had it :) I had to pay them 500k though to get it off them! What's worse is that other assassins were coming to hoth and trying to steal my spot/offer more than me for the robes.

Its a great set though :) I FINALLY LOOK LIKE DARTH MAUL

This set shouldve been the lvl 50 pvp sith inq gear instead of that lady gaga/drag queen crap.

So just to bump this thread again. I am posting a guide to farming this elusive item. Here is a map that goes along with the lower description.

http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/1043/13supremeinquisitorsfar.jpg

Some things to keep in mind.

1. Its extremely rare, so don't give up.

2. Be prepared to dedicated time and a ton of effort

3. Be Level 45-50 (Almost a must)

4. DPS Companion to speed up the kills.

This guide has been created through my own experience. As you can see I have marked 3 places where mobs spawn that have a "chance" to drop the Robe. Obviously you'll want to go in order as marked as this makes your farming experience the most efficient. Group 3 is a filler so that the other two camps can spawn, but if you wish you can skip it all together and just farm between 1 and 2.

Hope this helps some people get their head around the respective areas.

is there any other light armor robes that is actually not a robe but pants? just like the supreme inqui robe? i dont like wearing a skirt forever, i want pants for my toon

Supreme Inquisitor's Pants. Farm and drop like how you get the robe. After I 1st wore it with 25 Resolve Armoring and Rakata mod/enchance in my server, people start asking about my robe and till now it has been selling for 1mil in my GTN.

As much as I love the appearance of this Robe, it will be rather useless since in 1.2 you can crit augment slots on orange gear :( Since they are introducing new schematics, I hope there is something that looks like this. I know they said you can RE armor to have a chance to learn that schematic, but they only mentioned end game gear, so I'm not sure if that will apply to regular dropped gear.

Can someone please post the names of the mobs that have a chance at the drop from this guide?

According to Georg Z, they are considering allowing crafters (likely the ones that can make the armor) to be able to create augment slots on existing gear so hopefully this won't be an issue if you already have a modded set that you like. After all, it does get pretty expensive pulling out mods...

Also, as far as pants go, I think the black pilot pants available from the fleet commendations vendor look better with the robe than the grey supreme inquisitor pants, imo. You can get the pilot pants for just over 200 fleet commendations.

Also, I found both the robe and boots on the GTN for 10k each. :)

Here are some good news for all of us inquisitors who love the look of that set: armormech (and possibly synthweaving) is getting the ability to RE almost all types of orange items, including the Supreme Inquisitor set, when 1.2 goes live. Armormechers will then be able to craft those orange items and they will gain an augment slot in case of a critical success. So you'll be able to keep wearing it at end game providing a crafter is willing to RE them. I am definitely doing that on the pieces I collected. :D

a) Armormech won't be able to craft Jedi/Sith stuff.

b) Noone who has the Supreme Inquisitor set has Armormech.

c) Synthweaving will probably be able to RE orange Jedi/Sith stuff

d) If the chance to get the schematic is anything less than 100%, who will ante their awesome Supreme Inquisitor set for the offchance to get the schematic, but also the chance to lose the set? I surely wont.

I do have the Supreme Inquisitor set on my assassin (as well as Synthweaving if your point c) is valid) and armormech on an alt and am willing to take the risk of REing it. I farmed Hoth and religiously checked the GTN for weeks so that I have more than one piece of most parts of the set and I'll keep trying until I get the recipe. ;)

That said, I'd really like them to introduce more armor sets that look like the Supreme Inquisitor one, you know actual robe and pants...

Right now i've been lucky enough to have collected 3 Supreme Inquisitors robes for my Assassin. One is binded already that I use, the other two are still BoE. Is somebody saying that I could potentially Re-engineer them and get a crit-crafted version of the robe with an augment slot? Is this confirmed somewhere actually or just speculation?
