Star-ranger Posted February 15, 2012 Share Posted February 15, 2012 It doesn't make sense to me to launch your ship in orbit or land it by passing through a door. The landing or take-off sequence cut scene should be triggered from the cockpit. Please put one big button on the dashboard of the cockpit to activate landing or take off. I always feel like I'm going to be walking out the door into space when I exit the door in orbit. There are times when I want to talk to my crew or use the communications device and not leave the planet. It doesn't make sense that I have to launch the ship to do that. It also eats up time launching and landing for no reason. The ship should stay on the ground until I'm ready to leave regardless of what I'm doing inside.
