Jugg Dps/Dmg?

So im running a vengeance jugg and i want to ask when will we se a recount/dmgmeter in this game, or is it so ****** balance that u dont want to show it.

 

From what i see and experience my dps is so bad in pve that i feel like i want to go hide. From all the numbers i see and hear from everyone else/watching streams our dps is so damn bad, on top of this is that we need to run out from boss fights from several things and losing dmg there to.

 

In pvp i am having problems even hitting the 2.5k dmg medal, and im standing with 6pieces of Battle Master ofc the weapon to and popping trinket.

 

What kinda bullS is this?

 

Other dps classes are running the 5k medal and i cant even get the 2.5k ?

 

Only way to get it is by the hulk smash spec and thats so boring building up ur dmg that is relying on 1 spell, and then how would the hulk smash stand in pve ? prob even more **** than vengeance.

 

Even a sin tank is hitting harder and do more dmg.

 

And by looking at the score in pvp, with a healer and a good run behind me im up on 350k dps normaly 250dps while i see other classes going 500+

i saw a sniper doing 750 dps so in my eyes a warrior should atleaste be able to do 500k and im not even close. and i havent seen any other warrior close to it aswell.

 

 

when i roll i warrior i thought it said that it was a hard hitting class, so i was like hell yeah im gonna hit someone so hard that his char gets deleted from the game.

but then i got trolld and im hitting worse than justin bieber.

 

if anyone thinks otherwhise please feel free to correct me and by then show some evidence to this.

 

And im sorry for my bad english.

 

Btw do moderators actualy respond on this forum or is it just for us players to argue ?

While it's true that warriors are a bit underwhelming you should have no issue obtaining the 2.5k damage medal. Just make sure you are using vicious throw whenever you can, that will always crit for over 2.5k unless the target has defensive buffs or bubbles on them.

While i has speced Rage on my jugg I had no problem getting the 2.5 medal.

Because it's your guild

 

Any guild that refuses to take you on raids (provided you have sufficient gear and aren't a total tool) due to your class is not a guild you should be a part of. If you are aware that they're THAT selective about min/maxxing and still stay with them then you lose all rights to whine about it

 

And WZ damage charts are not reliable to determine total damage. Class utility, secondary roles, DoT vs AoE vs spike damage, etc all play a part in a WZ and make it difficult for any reasonable person to say 'I have low damage in a WZ so I suck'

but then again would you want to go with a raid and know that u do 1/3 of the dmg than the others and u know the guild might have problems hitting theenrage timer on bosses ? and in pve u dont have much of a helping role ? you just suck in all perspectivs.

I've never had a ran into an Enrage timer in HM FP on my Vengeance Jugg while running with random PUGs. I have Tionese/Columni gear. My Force Scream crits for about 2.7k and is a guaranteed crit with the Impale/Shatter buff up.

 

Vengeance Juggs don't have massive spike damage. We have several skills that deal medium amounts of damage and apply a DOT that we rotate through. This means that we are very good damage on long boss fights if played correctly, but we are not great at PvP. That is where Rage spec comes in.

 

As Vengeance, I have actually out burst damaged a Rakata geared Assassin DPS from the top raiding guild on my server on the boss in Boarding Party with the two healers.

 

Immortal = PvE Tank/PvP surviveability

Vengeance = PvE DPS

Rage = PvP DPS

That's not really accurate, since there are different types of enemies with different damage, health, defenses, etc.

 

The easiest test I've found is to pick someone and have the DPS duel them, without the person fighting back, and time each person to see how long they take to defeat them.

 

Aside from that, I have heard of people using the Nar Shaddah world boss for DPS tests I think.

LOL if you're doing 1/3 of the damage as everyone else I wouldn't take you on my raid either.

Oh, and also if that's your DPS output, then Marauder isn't for you.

I'll post this from another thread:

 

Doing timed tests (5 minute tests) on every single class, very similarly geared, has shown the following:

 

Fully raid buffed, these are the results of each class (none of which had to tank the mob, the world boss on nar shadaa for reference):

 

Merc dps(Arsenal): 1921 dps

Vengeance Juggernaut: 1884 dps

Hybrid Sorc: 1899 dps

Madness Assassin: 1785 dps (I think he could optimize a bit more, not saying this is set in stone. I'd suspect it comes up much much closer to the others)

 

As you can see from player testing, Veng Jugg's are coming in slightly lower than Merc's are atm. Again take it with a grain of salt, this is just player testing.

 

If you are doing only 1/3 of the damage of your guildies, it might be time to reroll another class or pick a different role for the group. Not to sound rude or anything, but Veng Jugg dps is essentially 3 buttons (minus the focus generators), you can't get easier than that.
