Anyone else getting tired of seeing this?

 

Yes and from what I'm seeing it's mostly imperials using this exploit. Sometimes I see republic do it but it seems more prevalent on imperial side. I'm getting really fed up with these gamebreaking bugs and I'm on the verge of quitting because BW hasn't even acknowledged and/or addressed this problem.

The <insert faction or huttball side here> team currently has more than 8 players and the game will end with an automatic loss in 120 seconds unless their team numbers are reduced to the correct number.

 

Honestly, how hard is a proviso like that to implement?

Was in many matches today going against 10 reps, wasn't on one team with more than 7 other imps, so I could say the same thing about reps doing it more.

 

The bottom line is that both sides are doing it and it's super lame and needs to be fixed.

not even in the patch notes, all threads get gassed, should issue some sort of statement to appease the players instead of just pretending the problem doesn't exist until someone gets fired for not putting an If Then statement in the code and the problem is fixed (not saying its as simple as that but people starting to get the point)

obviously, i dont need to know how to do it, but WHAT it is in case i see it.

No, i enjoy it.

That means you get about 500-700 valor for playing 2 minutes. Win win.

 

sure but I'd rather farm 10k+ valor on Ilum in 20 mins and would love to have a chance of winning some WZs to finish daily/weekly and get my bags. Getting BM gear is already hard enough.

Actually there is a dev reply to a post with a pic showing the illegal amount of players in it, and the response was that they are aware of it and working on a fix. Just saying.

They are aware. If they had a fix, it would be fixed already. Talking about exploits gets threads shut down as it makes people wonder how it is done so they try and figure it out. I give this thread maybe 15 min or so unless the mods are on break.

 

It really just depends on whether or not someone flags this thread. That's normally how things are brought to their attention.

this is not as bad as rolling into WZ where the other team is straight Battlemaster. Oh, and that curb stomping lasts for at least a full half hour.

 

The game needs a *********** matchmaking queue so no one ends up with 8 noobs going against a fully geared team. At least your pain ends in a few seconds.

Good. Let more people figure it out. I want this exploit to get so rampant that BW HAS to fix it or their game will die.

 

That's about what it will take for them to take these bugs seriously.

I can count on my fingers of one hand how many times per day Reps do NOT use this exploit and the game is 8x8, all other few hundreds WZs i have done are with 9-11 reps ALWAYS. I take it as "our faction is not so populate, so we NEED to exploit our way till we get BM on a pair of Imps for fair fights in future".

 

Sad thing is 10-49 also full of this ****, no fun even on alts :(.

 

 

PS infact our server is for some reason quite balanced Reps vs Imps and 90% of my games against Reps, i have even 3 huttballs in a row against Reps.
