Apart from everyone needs to up their game and have good rotations. I guess on SOA you will whipe a lot until people pop their own lightning balls ( shadow can for example use resilience to pop it). Easiest way to do this is all gather on top of each other and the two people targetted moves out and keeps strafing until they find which one is theirs. Then just pop them away from raid.
