Im gonna play a scrapper scoundrel, ive bin playing and testing dirty fighting scoundrel but the dirty fighting tree isnt that well suited for scoundrel in comparison to the gunslinger.

If they ever do dual spec then I imagine you could see a lot of people going for that. I certainly would give it a shot.

Vital shot is not all that fantastic, you do far more damage on your instant abilities (ones requiring Upper Hand) so it's better to focus on those.

 

Additionally, a 9% increase to your cunning is a huge buff, it's best not to pass that up.

 

Finally, the last thing I changed were the points you had in defense and stealth detection, when a melee focused class is beating on you, %2 to your non-existant defense isn't a whole lot of anything. So, I took points out of their and gave you a 9% increase to heals, as you will find yourself CC-ing mobs/npcs/players and healing up.

Ill put the points in cunning. But the ones I had in the defense buff were for the stealth detection.

You might ask why the points in exploratory surgery vs dirty escape, but the reason is pretty simple... proc upper hand out of combat.

Mine is almost the same but with the points in increase healing received put them into the damage vs bleeding targets

In beta my scrapper level pretty easy. Did well in pvp against higher levels in beta also. Probably do much better if I was higher level with more skills available to me. I had fun with scoundrel and will be my main at launch.
