Abilities like High Impact Bolt that require certain conditions to be met before being used should remain grayed out until they are ready to be used or keybind that ability occupies should highlight with glowing border once it is ready. 2. Number timer over the ability on cooldown, buffs, debuffs would be really really useful. It is very hard to eyeball any of the cooldowns without clear indicator. In pvp there is no time to STOP mouse over buff/debuff/keybind to see remaining time. Yes I am about to type this: OMNICC addon from wow is great way to model this.
