BiggTerror
I'm tired of trying to leveling a crafting skill, and want to just farm mats to sell on the GTN. Which 3 are in the most demand? I've heard Underworld Trading is good. I deal with Archaeology and Treasure Hunting on my others chars, but don't know how they are compared to others. Bellaralo
Slicing, Bioana., and Scavenging. Scavenging because multiple crafting skills use it, prices are steady once you get into grade 2+ compounds and metals. Bioana. because lots of people are picking up biochem without the gathering skill to go with it, which will allow you to sell the samples, and compounds quickly. Slicing for picking up open-world nodes while questing, do not bother with augment missions. --- But I would recommend having a mission skill so your companions to have something to do. I prefer treasure hunting as a "pleasure" mission skill because lockboxes can be fun to open + companion gifts + companion gift fragments which can be taken to a vendor and traded for green, blue, and epic quality grade 5 gifts. (greens - 1.2kish, blue - 2.1kish, epic 6k+) I would choose to replace scavenging over the other 2 gathering skills (slicing/bio.), but that is just my choice. BiggTerror
What does the open world slicing nodes give that make it better than farming mats like UT or TH?
