Kevney Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 So this just happened... Went into another huttball match, immediately noticed that at least half their team had the battlemaster title. Started talking in chat, and it turns out that 4 of them grouped up together to queue as a group, and they got lucky with another battlemaster that got paired up. Being in about 6/7 champion gear pieces and 3 centurion pieces myself, I always seem to do pretty well in warzones. But this time? Our entire team was just destroyed. The entire enemy team was right outside of our spawn, and of course we'd have to run out in order not to get kicked. Kill one player out of the eight, maybe? But wouldn't get far at all with a nearly-constant stunlock and incredible burst damage. How could this be fixed? Perhaps when people join a warzone, 1) their gear cannot be taken off or changed. Whatever they enter in is what they use. And 2) create some sort of calculations based off of players locked-in gear, so that teams could be divided up more evenly. Or, better yet my favorite, allow cross-server warzone matches. Put people on teams based on their valor rank. For example, a valor rank 61, 60, 45, 43, exc, vs two other players valor greater than 60, two in their 40s, exc. If warzones could be cross server, it wouldn't be a problem in the slightest. Noth Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 No cross server, I prefer to know who I'm fighting against and be able to build a rep on the server. It used to be whoever had the most 50s won. Now it is whoever has the most battle masters. The only fix is to lower the diference in expertise between battlemaster and champion.
