How does Sith Efficacy work in regard to force regen

So it says "each time it deals damage"

 

So does that mean as it's being channelled it ticks 4 times I think I counted that I see yellow numbers indicating damage. So does that mean it regenerates about 4%?

 

Does anyone know if this is correct?

Suppose, yes. Every time you sell yellow dmg from FL you regen 1% of mana. That is what i see in mad. spec. Edited January 27, 2012 by realerq

What is pretty cool is that there is a GOOD chance that you will get force back each time you cast (especially if you near cap on crit) which is nice. In LONG battle, when I am low on force, I just spam FL to regain some and continue my rotation
