Does anyone know if that was a bug or a HUGE crit? Or is there something else I'm missing here? My raid frames showed him at 9.7k health and then 0. Literally an instant kill. I targeted him at 0:38, just before the death and didn't see any debuffs on him that went off at that moment either. Anyone know what's going on here? Also 14k to 0 health in two hits. People say I don't understand how combat works. Possible. I can only say that it seemingly happens. Angryorc Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 (edited) When you carry the ball, a timer starts... when it reaches 0, you blow up and die, no more no less.. you BLOW UP regardless of how wellgeared you are. Pulling an enemy up to the starting ledge in Splatt Ball will insta kill that person too. Throwing the ball up to an enemy on the enemy ledge will insta kill the receiver and you get the ball back. Murder Ball 101. ^This, watch the huttball debuff reach 0 in the video. It's to prevent ppl from just turtling with the ball with no risk. You have to either pass the ball or score or you'll die instantly with the ball. Like a shot clock in basketball that kills you... you know. It's the same icon that looks like the "pass huttball" icon. u can see it tick down in the vid clearly from about 40 seconds left on it, especially if u watch on high quality.
