Rafkin Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 After running a couple hard mode flashponts I've found the devs favorite tactic: knock back then snare. This seems like it really only hinders melee and does nothing to ranged. As a jugg my cleanse to remove a snare is on a 2 min cool down. Maybe other melee classes have it better. When in doubt, copy World of Warcraft, hope no one notices and the large part of your player base has zero MMO experience. I agree, the stuns and snares are ridiculous. In PvP, it's abysmal. Not to mention the fact that the entire resolve system is broken, so spending 10 seconds stunned without any recourse isn't really anything new. it's quite pathetic. Agnostos Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 I absolutely agree with this. It is super annoying. I find that this game is ridiculously biased in favor of ranged classes. As a tank it is extremely annoying to charge into a group and get knocked back and stunned or slowed by 2 or 3 mobs. GREAT FOR BUILDING AGGRO. Very poor design.
