ThaBenMan Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 Right now I'm questing on Voss, and after awhile I started to realize - this place reminds me a lot of the movie The Dark Crystal. The whole mystical vibe, the duality of the Voss and Gormak (there are even guys called Mystics), prophecies... the shaclaw creatures even kind of look like the giant beetle monsters in the movie. I wonder if this was intended at all by the devs. And if you've never seen The Dark Crystal, make sure to check it out. An awesome unique fantasy movie by Jim Henson with an all-puppet cast, but not childish at all. From the same era as the original Star Wars movies, with awesome pre-CGI special effects.
