Spell Travel Time & Combat

Not sure where else to post this, cause it's not really a bug. It's more of a design problem: CC pulling an NPC with Concussion Missile (has a travel time) is really frustrating!


Combat starts with the group as soon as the cast finishes, but the NPC is not controlled until the missile hits. It's very annoying to get hit, debuffed, or grappled/gripped by an NPC that's getting CC'ed but is allowed to cast an instant ability as the Conc Missile travels.


I don't really need a discussion here, just want to make a minor point that might get some consideration. Trigger combat between a player and a group of NPCs when a spell hits?
