Reynar
I usually play with my brother who is a vanguard, and he keeps guard on me most of the time. I'm looking for a hybrid spec that will incorporate heals with utility. My first thought is a hybrid spec like this.... http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600GGrRbd0dbZfoMM0MZ0M.1 I would appreciate if anyone that has experience with seer hybrids specs can give me advice. =) Also, for pvp purposes, is the order willpower>power>crit>surge? thank you for any feedback. Cornrow
For utility I would put at least enough points (seven, I think, so five more than you have) into Balance so I could get Pinning Resolve for the Force Lift buff... that is the ultimate in PvE before the fight starts CC. Keeping Force Wake from Telekenisis, but you can find 5 points to take out of Seer and still have access to healing trance. Anyone else have any thoughts? Efok
http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600GGMRbd0zZsZcMcRs0z.1 Note: Balance tree tier 2 last column should be Critical Kinesis Edited January 27, 2012 by Efok
Cornrow
That's more or less the build I'm working towards, but for max utility keeping the Force Wake buff from TK seemed a good idea.
Reynar
That Seer/Balance hybrid spec is nice. Looks more like heals/dmg than heals utility. I'm primarily trying to spec to heal and stay alive, hence my love for guard...hehe Wouldn't seer/tele offer the best survival? Also, would my stat priorities be something like willpower>power>crit>surge>alacrity Edited January 27, 2012 by Reynar
