Luniara Posted January 19, 2012 Share Posted January 19, 2012 You can easily make your own whisper windows and any other chat windows by going to your chat settings. Name it, and then click what you'd like to appear in there. For every other person however... I've never heard of an MMO that has that unless you count the World of Warcraft add on.
