stoatle
Why would you wait til the last minute to unsub? Did you really expect this POS to get better?
Napalmbrain
Thank god I switched my 6-month plan to month-by-month. This game is going down the tubes at a record pace...didn't think it was possible for a Star Wars game of this magnitude but.... You did it Bioware... Tsillah
This article is a bunch of uninformed nonesense. Yes the website had some issues during the patching today. But wait..let's calculate. Game went live on december 20th. Free game time is NOT one month but 30 days. This makes a difference because december has 31 days. This means that the 30 days did not end today but yesterday. So, if you wanted to unsub, you should've done so yesterday at the latest. Only people who started to play after the 20th will still be in their initial 30 day period. But hey, I am happy to keep playing, so it's not my issue...but I will say that an article from today about this, is just a day too late.
monjiay
It could be a browser or webpage bug, we'll never know. How's this for a theory. Bioware is NOT Amazon and doesn't have server farms the size of small states and they can only process a certain amount of transactions per minute. If the amount of transactions exceeds their ability to process the transactions, the button disappears until the server can catch up. That would explain why the problem is only showing up recently. People are subbing and unsubbing and the system can only handle a set amount of transactions in a set amount of time. This is all speculation, of course, but it shows that there are many explanations for the button disappearing that have nothing to do with a conspiracy on Bioware or EA's part. Before I get flamed, I am NOT stating this is the case, just giving an example of an explanation that doesn't require an aluminum hat.

monjiay
The button is there. Checked on 3 different computers in 3 different web browsers with 2 different accounts. You people are inept. Bioware has acknowledged the problem. Nobody is claiming that it affects everyone. It's a bug and as such is happening to random people. Your post has been made about 100 times already in this thread. The world exists beyond the tip of your nose.
