Halofax
According to this forum, you have simultaneously created a carbon copy of WoW, while also killing your own game by not being enough like WoW. You have broken the time vortex and divided by Zero. Game of the Year 2012.

Hypacrit
Carbon Copy of WoW? This game is far from being WoW... it has some features of an MMO but lacks a lot of basic features of an MMO. This is a single player game with mutliplayer opertunities... Which not one of us want.. Someone in my guild put it perfectly... FFS we want WoW with lightsabers... No sense even talking about this anymore... this game already killed itself... and in record time.

Aramyn
Ya... I guess SWTOR could win GOTY, well that's only if no other games come out this year.
aimbotcfg
You have broken the time vortex and divided by Zero. I don't know what 'the time vortex' is, how one would break it or what that would achieve. But its worth noting that division by zero is in fact possible in certain forms of calculus.... Just saying. I can go 1-85 without grouping with anyone in WoW So I guess its a single player game.

Wgrandall
Actually had this same conversation with a friend of mine about a week or so ago: Bioware can never win because half the fans want WoW in space and the other half want it completely different in every aspect from WoW. If a feature is similar to WoW, it's a ripoff; if a feature is completely different than WoW than it clearly won't work and is a failure. Etc. I would be curious to see what percentage of people who have limited or NO WoW experience like this game, or hate it, and why. I'm in that category (limited WoW experience) and I like TOR. It has it's problems, but nothing that I won't give them a few months to figure out.

LVLing up is not the game lmao its a small part of a THEME PARK MMO... an MMO is palyed at max lvl.. And at max lvl in this game there is absoultely no reason to log in... you can do all end game in one day. PVP is broke and frustrating... crafting? lvl that in one hour... anythingelse? nope.. not one damn thing to do.. and btw I lvled 2 lvl 50's to max lvl w/o grouping once soooo where you at now brah? Had a hunter get to 50ish.. unsubbed due to it having too much cartoonish graphics, with poorly done textures and was too mind numbling stoopid. I am enjoying SWTOR greatly, as i have stated in other threads, it has GREAT potential.

Ellvaan
Greetings everyone! While we do welcome all feedback, both positive and negative, we ask that your feedback be constructive. For better understanding on helpful feedback, please refer to this thread by Allison Berryman. Hi Everyone! Part of our goal for the Star Wars: The Old Republic community is to ensure that our Forums are a great place to come to discuss all aspects of the game, and to make them a friendly environment for our players. We welcome all kinds of constructive discussion and feedback, but want to remind everyone that we expect your posts to be: ConstructiveHelpfulRespectful If you haven’t done so recently, you might want to review the Rules of Conduct, which we do enforce on the Forums. While we absolutely welcome constructive feedback regarding the game, we’ve seen many threads recently that are not constructive or helpful. We encourage you to share ideas about what you’d like to see in the game, but will not permit discussions that do not have any constructive suggestions or content, or those that are made solely to trash the game or community or offer no topic for discussion. Our developers and the Community Team are always reading the forums and gathering your feedback, but constructive criticism is much more useful to us than posts that have no explanations or details and suggestions. Constructive, well-reasoned feedback that offers specific suggestions about what you as players would like to see is extremely useful to us, and we’d like to see more feedback of this nature. However, feedback that states “this game sucks” and doesn’t offer actual suggestions about how to improve the game is not useful and only serves to incite argument, which in turn can make the forums very unfriendly to those who are looking to constructively discuss the game. We will be closing more threads that do not offer constructive feedback or have degenerated into unhelpful flame wars. We expect everyone on the Forums to respect each other, even when disagreeing, and will not tolerate insults or disrespectful posts. Please remember to use the flag feature to report posts that violate the rules to our Community Representatives – don’t fight! Responding in kind to someone who has broken the rules only makes a thread worse. We want to work with you to improve the Forums experience and to encourage constructive discussion, and we look forward to your feedback! We are closing this thread, but do strongly encourage anyone who wishes to submit feedback to please do so. We only ask that when anyone posts new feedback, it is done in a constructive manner. If you would like to make constructive suggestions geared towards improvement of the game, or discuss game issues/bugs, we encourage you to participate in the following threads: The Ultimate Bug List The Suggestion Compilation Thank you!
