Failstar
Weird, I have the same thing after checking the page you suggested. The subscription page is blank but the payment history page has my payment details and confirms I have a rolling monthly sub as I intended. Kind of confusing, not sure which page to trust. Do you think I should erase my payment method and re-add it? I don't think you'll hiccup too bad "timewise" even if it doesn't work after the patch tomorrow (As resubbing takes all of 5 minutes yeah?) I think if I were you I'd play it safe, watch your CC, and see what occurs.
Jeweledleah
according to a post in another thread, its an issue with some browsers. make sure your browser is updated. try a different browser. resubscribe and unsubscribe again. try the direct cancellation link. no bioware and EA are NOT trying to scam you. yes there IS a way to cancel your account if you so wish. Purpleman
I didn't have a cancel button either. The page said I didn't have any game time left, and I assume that's why I didn't have a cancel button. Just out of curiosity, I clicked "subscribe" and was taken to the payment options page, where I noticed that on the right side of the page it clearly reads something to the effect of "Current subscription: 1 month recurring (paypal logo)" So I figure I'd swing over to PayPal and see if they charged me yet. They haven't. But I look in my account management that shows me authorized recurring transactions (monthly bills, itunes, etc.) and listed in these authorized recurring bills is SWTOR - listed twice. Yep, twice. Both were listed on the same date. I killed em both off. I can't help but wonder if their billing system is borked. Not only did it show me I had no subscription, but it also set me up for 2 payments per month.

Two reasons. 1. it's the only game in town right now and in spite of the many faults they got some things right as well. I'm an altaholic and the levelling is good. 2. Watching the devs coming out with poor explanations, patches to fix patches that was supposed to fix issues created by other patches and in general this entire *********** (rhymes with "rusterduck") this is too entertaining to miss out on. It's a bit like being on the Titanic, only without the risk of drowning in ice cold water. Edited January 19, 2012 by Nanoling

theUndead
by definition (on these forums at least), youre trolling if youre not happy with swtor. I find it interesting that one compares trolling when someone simply posts something that is frustrating them or their game is not performing, isn't that what a forum is for? to voice concerns and get in touch with the community? uffhund
I haven't read through all of the posts, but has anyone tried using another web broswer and see if it still wont show up? I do not have this problem so I can't try it myself.
Jeweledleah
Browser issue. Maybe..... I am using Firefox for all of this, but even if it was a browser issue I feel like it'd still display the data like "you have 3 days of game time left". I use firefox as well. I had issues with seeing certain information. last few days I also had issues with ability to open yahoo messenger windows within my yahoo e-mail account. supposedly, my firefox is up to date, but since my issues with it are multiple, I'm going to blame common denominator - firefox. right now all my browsers show my subscription as recurring as well as how much gametime I have left, though the credit card charge is still pending. I only have a single charge pending as well, I double checked. I don't see why the browsers would show how many days you have left if they are not showing active subscription. I almost wonder if it could be old cookies or something and if clearing cache could potentially help as well. are there billing issues on EA side? not on my account. Improv-
So strange...I went to up my pay time from a 1 month period to 3 and it said I had no time subscribed at all...even though I had the 1 month thing. So I added a 3 month subscription and it billed me immediately. PS: Instead of 90 days it says I have 89. Game took a day away from me lol. There is no way this is a browser issue. What you are seeing is pushed from the server, there is no AJAX, etc that should involve the browser at all. Most likely this is because someone on their web team decided 1 month = 30 days, so people that should have one day remaining are seeing that the subscription UI because December actually had 31 days. Tiriensoul
that wonderful link brings you the the account login screen from wich you wind back up on the account page with no cancel option. Edit 2: okay, my bad. it actually brings me to the cancel screen now. maybe i was logged out the first time or something. Sorry for saying you failed when it was in fact me who failed right there. ...you're still a fanboy, though. Edit: you actually think i faked this? Well, i didn't. I don't know what else to tell you. You're a fanboy and will not accept anything as proof that bioware could do anything wrong. Hey cutie, you got pwned.
