This is my "subscription" page http://i.imgur.com/TFyhV.png So... where's the cancel button? Oddly enough, if i go into "payment history" my Credit card and subscription plan still show up as shown here http://i.imgur.com/4MAQ0.jpg I guess a workaround is to change my CC info so it no longer matches my card, but the thing is... i shouldn't have to figure out lame workarounds to cancel this game if i want to. As for the people claiming that there's no problem at all and that people are lying when they say there's no cancel button. well, i hope this makes you see that for some of us, this issue does exist. Edit 2: okay, my bad. it actually brings me to the cancel screen now. maybe i was logged out the first time or something. Sorry for saying you failed when it was in fact me who failed right there. ...you're still a fanboy, though. Edit: you actually think i faked this? Well, i didn't. I don't know what else to tell you. I have no cancel button but it does show my subscribed. People are so quick to call others trolls just because they don't have the same problem. Because right now it's saying I have no game time left. I've not tried actually logging in yet but I hope I can. By clicking "Cancel my subscription" below, you will terminate your recurring subscription. Once your pre-paid time runs out, you will no longer be able to access the game until a new subscription or additional game time is added to the account. Presumably, you can't cancel an account if the system doesn't think you have a subscription setup. But i have a cancel button in My Account>Subscription>Cancel my Subscription (the cancel button is under the game code button.) If you people are so blind you cannot see it then i think you should put them glasses on. Do those glasses make you look stupid? YES. Do they help you see whats in front of your face? Another YES. Wrong, it says he has an active subscription on one page and not on the other. I have not cancelled my account and do not plan to, however my pages look just like his and I have no button to cancel. Thats fair. I posted the link to get around it assuming you have a subscription. Clearly I jumped the gun, so apologies. It seems like it's saying you have no active subscription in the first place. If today was you renewal date, people should be checking their credit card pending charges out to see if they're attempting to take the sub out. Then of course, trying to log in ASAP if they have. So a possible suggestion would be to cancel the subscription on that page, and then starting up a new one. Like I stated just now however, I would check out any pending charges prior to doing this. Ugh yeah, because billing and then not getting access (outside of mait time, which is between 8am and 12pm central tommorow) would be a massive problem. I can forgive game messups. Yeah I want my subscription to roll monthly, but I am mainly just concerned right now that I won't be able to play when I try to log in because it currently says I have no game time. It says no game time and has no cancel button, I don't even want to cancel I just want to confirm I'm being renewed. I see no way of cancelling either. My sub actually says I have no sub and i need to enter my details. Fact is I could not play until i put in my CC details and sign up for a sub.. This was simply a "checklist" for getting into the game, but it doesn't seem to have the capability to dynamically update, so if you subscription is/is not cancelled shouldn't have any effect on this page (I believe) However, if this page (the REAL status page) http://i.imgur.com/TFyhV.png Shows no active subscription, then I don't believe you DO have an active subscription at the moment. Weird, I have the same thing after checking the page you suggested. The subscription page is blank but the payment history page has my payment details and confirms I have a rolling monthly sub as I intended. Kind of confusing, not sure which page to trust.
