Because of this, I can't tell when the abilities have finished cooling down! It's much more confusing! Please, bring back the GRAYING out of abilities while they are cooling down. Oh, inability use my ability as icon showing 0.7% cool-down time left and now I need watch for those 30pixels of blue. This is so poorly thought out, everyone in the ventrilo just not believing these decisions and implementations of "improvements" to UI. How is system improved?
