And yes, people are having black flickering, I experienced it on Tython outdoor areas myself and found it bad enough for me to simply exit the game than to suffer through it. Moving + outdoors for sure have flickering, no manipulation of settings will affect it. Something needs to be done on BioWare's end for this one, no matter how it gets resolved.
