UjellyTrollicus Posted January 19, 2012 Share Posted January 19, 2012 how would you like it if instead of doing a hard population cap on ilum, they put in a more flexible cap, like the lower faction has to be withing 10% of the pop of the higher faction before more can join on the higher factions side?
