Guild run Capital ship defending/ attacking flashpoint...aka operation.

STAR WARS

 

"SURGICAL PINPOINT"

 

Story arc for Guilds.

 

[insert side] Heroes of the Galaxy as war has broken out through out the galaxy we have urgent need of consortium's [ AKA Guilds] to capture enemy fleets Capital ships or defend our capital ships. [ Based on defending / attacking options] I hear by call upon all our unknown heroes to contact your Special forces consortium leader on [Korriban / Coruscant] for urgent action....

 

Specforce size 40 [ Catered for decent sized Guilds. or random additions to raid]

 

Levels required. [ Catered for levels 15+] each level branch have to do certain tasks]

 

 

 

Defending Capital ship. NPC Controlled

 

[levels open to all]

 

Task 1, Keeping turrets shooting down wave after wave of incoming ships, drop ships,

Task 2, Keep shields and repairs at maximum, running to point a,b,c attacking level mobs to repair shields, generators, turrets.

Task 3, Keep npc troops healed, ( special attention to healers in game, special rewards)

Task 4, PILOTS, If players want to help defend in own ships, they can run down to launch pad and jump into "rail gun defence outside of capital ship.

Task 5, Repel invading armies depending on levels, aka,

 

Bridge, levels 15-20 [ ONLY until guild has lost invasion, defend captain fight ]

Engineering, levels 20-30

Docking bays, levels 30-40

Main hanger, [bOSS fight at end] all levels...

 

Waves, up to 20 random waves, of incoming NPC troops, possible invasion of special forces from enemy side. these bosses drop guild perks ( for future rewards... aka guild ships?? )

 

 

Attacking Capital ship. NPC controlled

 

Task 1, Destroy enemy ships defending Capital ship XX amount of spawns

Task 2, Destroy shield generators, turrets, Engineering docks, and land boarding shuttles over the ship

Task 3, Destroy all NPC based mobs defending ship, in 4 sections as, main hanger, docking bays [bonus npcs], Engineering tasks, knock out shields, open doors, lock out lifts for defending troops.. fighting way to bridge

Task 4, Pilots to knock out defending ships, say max 175?

Task 5, Kill or capture captain of ship... (Kill and capture both rewards similar lightside/darkside points)

Task 6, Claim capital ship for either side

 

Now this is basic Version 1.0 of my idea of a new and hopefully exciting prospect for Guild run flashpoint, the mechanics are their, most of the " spaceship maps" we have seen, surely it can be feasible for bioware to do a 40 man run operation / flashpoint.
