herbzilla Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 I hope I did not see this right..... a customer server rep just posted and closed a topic in GENERAL DISCUSSION about not wasting peoples money and the person being concerned about Bioware not having there company in order enough to know when to postpone a patch ahead of time. Now your really scaring me Bioware. Will you sit there and silence your customers during the duration of the games life? Specially when we pay for this product. EtoSsS Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 You make it seem like it should be a headline on a news network. It honestly doesn't have much of a place in a "general discussion" forum. It should go in the customer service forum and honestly, I don't know what the big deal is. The patch is postponed. You have to wait a couple of days. You know what you can do? Spend that time doing something more productive than complaining on a forum about a game. When there are constant threads about the same exact thing over and over and over and over and over again, even customer service reps are going to get annoyed. They are human, not little robots. It's not rude, it's containing a situation that has been blown out of proportion by people drinking too much Mountain Dew and not seeing any daylight.
