Why does Bioware refuse to talk to us

There is a serious lack of comments, patch note discussion or anything. Bioware seems to still be in their NDA phase, you go to 'NEW INFO' or some crap and it's only 3-5 lines of text from Bioware that can be taken hundreds of different ways. The game is launched, you're not developing it anymore you're maintaining it- talk to us already.

I'd rather they maintain and fix than devote time to placating the whiners that will deliberately misinterpret anything they post to suit their means so Bioware are always on the back foot defending themselves.

The game is always developing in some way or another. I can only imagine right now that their focus is on fixing what needs to be fixed, R and D and the boundaries of the community IE the forums conduct as well as in game.

Give it time, they may decide to spitball ideas off the community. Then again they may not, it is "their" game isn't it?

Basicly because bioware cant answer every i am very special snowflake post and i cant cant ride a pink fluffy unicorn as a gamebreaking bug thread.

You think they dont communicate?

Read the dev tracker or would you rather they used the working as intended as another company?

What more do you want them to say exactly? Apologize for not putting out a buggy patch, perhaps?

Using this logic "it's great they delayed a buggy patch hoorah BioWare!!" they should've delayed release of this buggy game, then we could all be as happy as you :)

Hello everyone!

We're going to close this thread, but would like everyone to know that we do have several tools available for folks to keep up to date on the latest word from developers.

We have two ways to track communication on the site. Developer posts (also posts from Community Coordinators and Managers) will be posted to the Developer Tracker, such as Emmanual Lusinchi's recent post on item modifications and Georg Zoeller's note on upcoming crafting changes. We also have the Community Blog, which is full of great information, from patch notes to new blogs from developers. James Ohlen's recent blog about bugs is a terrific read.

Two very popular threads from the community right now are in regards to suggestions and bugs lists. Please feel free to add on to those!

Thank you for understanding that we've closed this thread. Please do use resources available and continue discussions in the individual threads listed above!
